Terrible experience!

So me and my wife arrived on time for our booking... just to get there and there was no food on the conveyor belt coming around. Only seaweed, a few raw things that we're not a fan of and soft drinks. We asked if any of the menu items would be coming out on the sushi train or whatever. We sat, waited and waited... Nothing! Just a waste of our precious time. We paid for a booking, just to not get fed and had to leave. Very dissatisfied and a big disappointment!!
