Lisa J said... The massage itself was amazing and it's a really lovely place to go, but I found the staff a bit humourless and the hard sell to buy products etc was really off putting. They literally line them up on a table at the end when you're supposed to be having your herbal tea and relaxing and try and sell them to you. I assume there is pressure on them from management/owners to upsell and it's all a bit much really. The staff certainly didn't seem to be into it either.
