  • Terms and Conditions: One coupon is valid for one person. Valid at selected date specified only. Night passes do not include helmet hire. A $7 refundable card fee will be charged at the time of visit for access to the lifts. No refunds unless required by law. No cashback. Not to be used with any other offers.

    • ***Snowplanet offers a grace period of 30 minutes. Outside of this, late arrivals will forfeit their booking with no refund due. Any exceptions to this are at the sole discretion of Bookme and Snowplanet***

    School Holiday Bookings Terms & Conditions

    1. Capacity Limits
    2. All bookings are subject to facility capacity. Pre-paid and pre-booked tickets guarantee entry for the booked session only. Walk-in customers may be declined if we are at capacity.
    3. Non-Refundable Policy
    4. All school holiday bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes change-of-mind, lateness, weather conditions, or personal circumstances (including illness or unwillingness to participate).
    5. Rescheduling
    6. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute changes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
    7. Customer Responsibility
    8. It is the customers responsibility to arrive on time for the booked session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry without refund.
    9. Facility Rights
    10. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone once the facility is at capacity, in line with safety requirements. Pre-paid bookings will be prioritised.

Should reconsider low down pricing but fun

I went to snow planet for the first time and there was only a ski field,there should also be more staff members to help if we need help because when I went on the beginner skiing area there should be a staff to explain the basic skiing like how to stop etc for safety concerns and I hope they add a few more things like snow man and add more staff members on duty .

Disappointing

We booked a 2 hour night pass combo, for our children visiting from South Africa. Very excited we arrived for our adventure, only to be charged exorbitant fees for rental of snow pants, jacket and gloves. Non the less we paid and off we went. No assistance from staff, not even a smile let alone a direction or quick guide on how to stand up and ski. The toilets were disgusting with urine and toilet paper on the floor and the smell was awful. Worst event we have ever experienced and we were very disappointed. If you want to visit, make sure you can ski, take your own snow gear and go to the toilet before.
