Our Scandinavian-inspired cocktail lounge is built from almost 30 tonnes of hand-carved, glass-like ice architecture. We will keep you cosy in our luxe winter coats and quench your thirst with our carefully curated cocktail menu.
Conveniently located next to the iconic Skyline Gondola, our spectacular ice sculptures change every few months thanks to multiple blocks of ice, chainsaws, chisels, and one exceptionally gifted ice carver.

Something different
Lucy and Olly were very welcoming when we did our Ice Bar experience. The bar and ice sculptures were really beautiful and we had a nice time with plenty of choices of cocktails on the menu.
