No communication for last call

arvinders2 said... We had reached Milford Sound early but due a long queue for paying parking we reached the eco tours counter one minute before departure. They had my number and never called me for the last call before departure. Moreover they asked me to pay for the next cruise(which a definite downgrade). Seems like they wait for people to get late and make more money out of them.
