Glacier Country Helicopters is a local family, owned and operated company. Husband and wife duo Poppy and Gus Gordon who are both commercial pilots started the company in 2014. You’ll find them at the hangar or flying one our helicopters most days.
Our friendly team are certified Qualmark Gold, have received the Traveller’s Choice Award several years and look forward to showing you the glaciers, rainforests and mountains that form our incredible back yard.

großartiges Erlebnis
sehr schneller Check In, Transport zum Helicopter, nur freundliches Personal und ein sehr zuvorkommender Pilot mit vielen Info's beim Flug. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Der absolute Wahnsinn!!
Wir haben die Tour mit den 2 Gletschern gebucht und waren absolut begeistert! Die Aussicht und allein die Erfahrung des Helikopterfliegens ist schon ganz besonders. Dazu kommt, dass unser Pilot (ich glaube er hieß Mike) uns alles noch super erklärt und gezeigt hat. Generell das Team war super zuvorkommend und sehr sehr freundlich! Absolute Herzensempfehlung <3

An und für sich gut, aber...
Flug war toll, und beim zwischenlanden werdne fotos von einem gemacht, das einem dann auch in die Hand gedrückt wird und man meinte es wär ein Geschenk. Nach dem Flug wird man dann gefragt ob man das Foto für 20$ kaufen möchte, ansonsten muss man es wieder abgeben... Ja ich mein, kann man so machen, ich finds halt ehrlich gesagt bisschen unsympathisch, aber das ist ja bekanntlich auch geschmackssache

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your flight with us. The photos are a 'side hustle' for our pilots, they buy the printers, ink and papers to print these out for you so the $20 you pay goes straight to them. They are not something everyone takes but it is a great memory to have on your fridge to tell all your guests!

Fantastisches Erlebnis
Der von uns gebuchte Flug an einem Tag mit perfektem Wetter war organisatorisch, vom Gefühl der Sicherheit und als Gesamterlebnis unübertroffen. Die Gletscherlandung war der Höhepunkt aber auch die Sicht auf die Berge, die Gletscherzunge und die Täler empfanden wir als grandios
